Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I view the tutorial after I receive it?
It is in PDF format, you will need the PDF Reader from Adobe to open and view the tutorial. You can download Adobe Reader here.
Should I download the low or high-res version?
Low-res version is best for those on dial-up connections or have little file space available. The PDF will be viewable on your computer screen but photographs may be pixelated if you print the tutorial. The high-res version is best for those on broadband connection, have large
file space available and want to print out their tutorial to read later.
I've never made jewelry before, can I really learn these techniques?
YES! If you can pound a hammer, you can make stamped jewelry! You do not need any prior experience. I explain every tool that I use and what to look for when buying raw materials.
How much money is needed for start-up supplies?
As little or as much as you want to invest. You do not need all the tools right away, start out with the basics and add tools as needed. A good estimate would be $25-$200 depending on the quality of tools you purchase.
I am interested in having custom stamps made, do you list suppliers who do this?
Yes, I list several stamp manufacturer's that would be happy to create custom stamps for you. All you need to do is send them a high-resolution file of the image and they do the rest.
Can I email you when I have a question?
YES! I am here to answer your questions whether they are about tools, materials or a specific technique. This is a lifetime guarantee, email me anytime and I will respond within 1-2 business days.
How long have you been making jewelry?
I've been in business since 2002 designing, creating and operating my own e-commerce site selling my custom items all over the world. I've had years of experience working with silver and gold stamping, as well as silversmithing. I also hold a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree.
